![]() ![]() They have continuously made changes that take us longer to do, add tasks to our jobs, and none of them seem necessary, but signal micromanagement. This is not direct management, but upper management who have no idea what our jobs entail making decisions that impact us. When we were finally full staffed again, they began changing things again. In the beginning of this they told us it would make everything easier for us, then they laid off two thirds or more, left us overwhelmed and frustrated for months. Some have been great like updating to what should be a better system, others not so good, like not getting a raise and now going into this Path 2 Profit. We have been undergoing a variety of changes in the past two and a half years. I unload all of my equipment onto my cart and bring it into the school into the location where we take the pictures and set up my equipment then take pictures as quickly as I can and as efficiently as possible. If not I called the number for the person letting me in. Then the morning of I usually get up between 3:00 and 4:00 and get ready, I do school photography so it's usually cold and our router has to be brought inside so I make sure I grab that and then I drive to work and see if I'm able to get into the school. I usually look at the schedule the night before so that I know what time I have to be up and ready and how long my drive is and when I am to be at the school. What is a typical day like for you at the company? What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Įquipment issues, when something isn't working your line can get backed up and it's important to have them all done quickly because each class has certain times they come in. I get to drive somewhere new each day and see new faces and make kids smile all day. What is the best part of working at the company? ![]()
